Rahul Jangir, an individual based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, operates rahuljangir.work as an independent technology studio and product home. It is not represented as an incorporated company.

By placing an order, paying an invoice, or using a product or service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms, licence, quotation, or order details shown before payment. More specific accepted terms control for that product or order if they conflict with these general terms.

Current products, descriptions, public URLs, and pricing are listed on the Products & Pricing page. IT services are supplied only against an agreed scope or statement of work that identifies deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and support.

You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Prices are shown in the applicable currency before payment. Any tax, payment milestone, subscription interval, renewal term, or expiry is identified on the product page, quotation, invoice, or payment link.

We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected misuse, an unlawful request, or an unavailable deliverable. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned using the original payment method.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another processor named at checkout. Payment is complete only after the processor confirms it and our records associate it with the order. Do not share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, or banking password with us.

Kharcha Pani is currently free and is a personal finance tracking tool—not a bank, lender, payment service, tax adviser, or investment adviser. Its financial and AI outputs are informational and should not replace qualified professional advice.

Sadabahar UI has separate Free, Individual Pro, and Team Pro licence terms governing access to and use of its source-code collection. Those licence terms control permitted and prohibited use of Sadabahar UI assets. Future products may publish their own terms before launch.

Digital delivery follows the schedule and method stated before purchase. You are responsible for providing a working email address, maintaining access to the agreed delivery channel, checking technical requirements, and keeping credentials, API keys, and download links secure.

Unless an order expressly transfers ownership, Rahul Jangirand the applicable product's licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in software, designs, documentation, templates, and other materials. A purchase grants only the licence or usage rights described with that offering.

You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, remove ownership notices from, or use a deliverable unlawfully except where the product terms, order terms, or applicable law expressly permit it.

You must not use an offering to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorised access, disrupt a service, or misrepresent your relationship with rahuljangir.work, a listed product, or Rahul Jangir.

Eligibility, product-specific exclusions, and the request process are described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a non-waivable right available under applicable law.

A product or deliverable may rely on third-party hosting, repositories, payment processors, libraries, AI providers, or platforms. Their terms and availability apply separately. We are not responsible for an independent third-party service outside our reasonable control.

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Except for obligations that cannot legally be excluded, we do not promise that every deliverable will be uninterrupted or compatible with every system. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to courts with competent jurisdiction in India. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised date; the version accepted with an existing order continues to govern that order unless law requires otherwise.
